Hello!

I’m Caroline, a Registered Nutritionist, passionate foodie and mum of two. I believe the food we eat can have a profound effect on our health, energy and wellbeing.

I offer private nutrition consultations online and from my clinic in Sandycove, Dublin. I support clients with a range of goals including weight loss, plant-based nutrition, high cholesterol, gut health, sports nutrition, fertility, PCOS, thyroid health and menopause.

I spent five seasons as the official Nutritionist for Premier League football clubs Watford and Fulham FC, and I regularly contribute as a nutrition expert in the media. I also have 15 years’ clinical experience and have carried out more than 2,500 consultations.
